Advocacy Initiatives

WHAT WE DO

Advocacy Initiatives is tasked with setting the legislative agenda for MCR, as well as identifying and communicating opportunities to testify. We also look into general advocacy events.

We plan an advocacy day where students go to Annapolis and show our support for relevant legislation.

OUR GOALS

Expanding access to testimony and advocacy opportunities

Increasing involvement with the current policy proposals

Building a system for the future department in case the virtual model continues
