WHAT WE DO

Chief of Staff are responsible for maintain efficiency within MCR and promote a welcoming, positive environment.

We do this through assisting officers in oversight of executive board staff, assisting staff in the execution of their duties, coordinating staff to increase efficiency, compiling feedback to improve MCR, and more.

OUR GOALS

Improving communication between directors and departments to benefit the success of projects.

Improving individual's experiences with MCR by creating department and director evaluations

Making projects and situations run smoothly by doing whatever is necessary to improve conditions
